Jordi co-founded Workerbee Capital in 2020. Previously and since 2015, Jordi worked as CEO in the Guzman Gastronomia – Bidfood Iberia group.

Before that, Jordi was General Manager in GB Foods, where he led the subsidiaries of the group in Spain and Italy, developing the business of those companies with a particular focus on innovation and operational improvements. Earlier in his career he was General Manager at Henkel Portugal, after a career in the company in senior positions in marketing and sales. He also worked in Miguel Torres Cellars where he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer, with responsibility for the global commercial operations of the firm.

Jordi holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Business Administration from ESADE (Barcelona) and a CEMS Master from HEC (Paris).
